							forefront of the trading industry, and we're looking for a highly
							motivated  Strategic Growth and Partnerships Lead to drive
							our expansion through innovative marketing, robust business
							development, and strong partner relationships. This is a pivotal

Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) and plans to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand awareness.
 - Cultivate and expand our affiliate marketing program, identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-performing partners.
 - Identify, pursue, and close new business development opportunities and strategic alliances to expand market reach and create new revenue channels.
 - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
 
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key partners, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring mutual success.
 - Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded content, and promotional activities to amplify reach and drive sales.
 - Recruit, onboard, and support new partners, ensuring they're equipped with the resources and knowledge to effectively promote our products.
 
Sales Planning, Execution & Tracking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth goals and market opportunities.
 - Set sales targets, define KPIs, and establish forecasting processes to ensure revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
 - Monitor, measure, and analyze sales performance using CRM tools and reporting systems to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing campaigns, partner programs, and sales activities.
 - Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend actionable improvements to streamline the customer acquisition journey.
 - Report on sales results and pipeline health to senior leadership with clear insights and data-driven recommendations.
 
Sales & Customer Success (with a Technical Focus)
- Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers via various channels, expertly guiding them on software usage and best practices.
 - Conduct compelling product and service demonstrations, tailoring presentations to prospect and partner needs.
 - Become the go-to product expert on our trading software, providing technically accurate solutions and creative problem-solving.
 - Troubleshoot complex customer and partner issues, replicate defects, and liaise directly with our development team for resolutions.
 - Contribute to the testing of new software versions, ensuring quality and readiness for public release.
 
Content & Training
- Assist in the production of high-quality training materials, user guides, video tutorials, and webinars to empower both customers and partners.
 - Contribute to online sales events, including the creation of engaging website banners and impactful email campaigns.
 - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
 
Job Type / Category
This position is a full-time permanent position located in Canada with benefits after 3 months.
Hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We offer a business casual environment. Salary will be based on experience.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We're seeking a candidate with a unique and non-negotiable blend of expertise:
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or partnerships roles, with a strong preference for candidates from the financial technology (FinTech) or trading software sector.
 - Deep understanding and demonstrable experience in trading concepts, markets, and platforms. You must speak the language of our users and partners.
 - Exceptional Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to quickly master complex software products, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate, detailed technical support. Experience working closely with development teams is crucial.
 - Strong Business Acumen: A track record of identifying and executing on growth opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and understanding the commercial drivers of partnerships and marketing initiatives.
 - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
 - Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
 - Demonstrated success in developing and managing affiliate or channel partner programs.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
 - Fluent in web-based technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
