    • Help Link - a help link may be provided to send the user to a webpage with more information on your study

Trading Enhancements

  • Trading Sessions - This enhancement enables you to choose specific trading times (sessions) for executing your strategy. These trading times are also effective when back testing and optimizing your strategy.
  • Trading Hours - Trading Hours can be set to start the week on Saturday (useful for Arabic countries). See Preferences>General tab>Trading Hours tab
  • Custom Trading Hours - Custom trading hours now support Saturday and Sunday as options for trading hours (useful for Arabic exchanges).
  • Order Notifications — You may now configure MotiveWave to send an email when an order is filled and/or rejected. This can be set up in the Preferences Dialog (Configure>Preferences from the Console Menu Bar). Click on the 'Orders' tab, then 'Submission' tab. Enable the fields: 'Send Email on Filled Order' and/or 'Send Email on Rejected Order'. Please ensure that your email settings have been configured properly (see 'Email' tab).

Replay Mode Enhancements

  • Replay Link — This feature allows you to link the replay feature across one or more charts:
    • Chart Group/Console — Links the replay control to all charts in the group/console

When loading data on a chart, if your analysis contains trend lines (or channels) that have their origins before the visual area of the chart, it will attempt to load enough data to display these properly.
